The stellium that has been moving through Taurus for the past several weeks will finish transitioning into Gemini once Mercury joins Venus, the Sun, and Jupiter in this sign at the beginning of the month. With multiple planets in Gemini, our focus shifts from maintaining a sense of security within our environment to understanding the context of that environment. Gemini challenges Taurus’s innate contentment with the present moment by driving us to discern, categorize, and formulate new understandings. This shift encourages us to move beyond simple contentment and seek a deeper comprehension of our surroundings, pushing us to question what is. Taurus represents our capacity to experience the material world and to feel secure within it, while Gemini represents our ability to make inferences about it and seek out alternative answers to what may already seem apparent.

With all the different planetary energies cohabiting in this sign, we will be more inclined to share information and lean into our cognitive abilities. Additionally, many different aspects of our lives will trace back to the Gemini sector of our chart. Gemini, the archetypal translator, believes that information should be free and understood by as many people as possible.

If there is one sign that has jester’s privilege, it is Gemini. This is a sign that deals with questioning what we know and uses jokes to cut through what may or may not be real, since Gemini knows that all ideas are as real as we allow them to be. Gemini enjoys playing devil’s advocate for no reason other than to see what is actually true on both sides of an argument. It freely questions what seems to be true, as it does not take knowledge or assumption for granted. Gemini wants to know what hidden truths lie within the minds of opponents and even more so it wants to know why there are even opponents when all things are made more true by the existence of their polar opposite force
.
As these planets move further into Gemini, they will each form squares to Saturn and Neptune in Pisces. This sequence of squares to these two outer planets in Pisces will further prompt us to examine the core of our beliefs. ★ Why do things work the way they do? ★ How does our faith in systems make us complicit in them? ★ What can be misunderstood right now?

We will also have to work harder to tend to our relationships and maintain them at this time. This period of intense questioning and reflection on our personal beliefs and understanding of the world can make it challenging to stay connected with others. We might find it difficult to balance the conflicting needs of those around us since our understanding of the world will be in flux.

This tense aspect between these two mutable energies, which will define most of the month, can also cause general distraction and make it harder to focus or assess things with ease and scrutiny. Both Gemini and Pisces are free-flowing signs, and an abundance of conflicting energies meeting in these two signs can lead to a sense of fluidity and unpredictability. While Gemini seeks information and communicates its ideas logically, Pisces is more comfortable with understanding things through its intuition. This combination can make it challenging to stay grounded and may lead to a tendency to scatter our attention.

The new moon in Gemini at the end of the first week of the month will be conjunct Venus and will occur within the greater context of this transiting Gemini stellium, which will be ruled by the transiting Mercury in Gemini. New moons broadly represent new beginnings associated with the themes and significations of that sign. When the Moon and Sun meet in Gemini, we are offered a new perspective in our communication and cerebral processes. This lunation is moderately square to Saturn in Pisces, which creates tension between our ability to reason and what is already being born into existence. Gemini cannot use jest to escape the pressure Saturn puts on us in this configuration.

Squares can represent the awareness that we are living at a point that is too alien from the past and too distant from the future to feel comfortable. This aspect emphasizes the feeling of being in a transitional phase, where familiar reference points are no longer reliable, and future certainties are not yet visible. Saturn's influence demands that we confront any underlying fears or doubts, urging us to ground our ideas in reality and take responsibility for our mental constructs.

During this time, we might find ourselves longing for spaces that don’t seem to exist quite yet. Feelings of restlessness can arise if we feel understimulated in our current routines and conceptions of existence. It can be hard to let go of control through letting go of our impulse to overly rationalize our experiences at this time. We might find ourselves trying too hard to articulate what it is we are observing rather than processing what is happening.

It's important to be mindful of how we construct narratives, as our words can alienate others, and that alienation can have a reciprocal effect on us. Naturally, our knowledge often comes from gossiping and compiling narratives to get a picture of the greater truth, but it is important to understand the greater context in which we all live when making assessments about others at this time. Utilizing a top-down approach to reasoning about the shared realities we are experiencing can prevent us from truly connecting with one another about what is actually occurring in the world. Coming together in our communities, even when it’s hard, helps us share the weight of our burdens, both materially and emotionally, since others can help us see what we cannot recognize ourselves.

The tension created by all the planets in Gemini forming square configurations with Saturn and Neptune after this new moon can bring to light the ways in which we may focus on our differences from others as a coping mechanism to deal with the stress of living in a complex world. This complexity is often exacerbated by systems designed to make us feel isolated for their own benefit. Pisces reminds us that fundamentally, we are not so different, which can be hard to feel with Gemini’s influence this month combating this energy.

This period prompts us to question the narratives we construct about ourselves and others. Are these stories reinforcing our sense of isolation, or are they helping us build bridges of understanding and empathy? By examining the role of these narratives, we can assess how we are controlling our perception of reality. There is no singular truth, but the collection of realities that exist constitutes our awareness of the collective truth. This can be warped, and our experiences can be misappropriated at our expense and for the benefit of others—with or without our consent.

It might feel pointless to speak our minds if we find ourselves being pulled into situations that make us feel misunderstood at this time. However, this is precisely when it becomes crucial to articulate our perspectives. By doing so, we not only assert our individuality but also contribute to a broader dialogue that challenges the distortions imposed upon us.

In the second week of the month, Mars will make its ingress into Taurus, shedding its domicile status and immediately finding itself in one of the two signs of its exile. Mars in this sign is inherently restrictive. It fights through limitation and outlasts its competition. Mars’s difficulty in this Venusian sign stems from Taurus’s desire to take in its environment and assess situations before acting, while Mars urges us to act and move.

It is hard for Mars to gain momentum in this fixed earth sign, since Mars wants to be restless, while Taurus wants to sit and experience the sensations of being alive in the moment. It is going to be hard to motivate ourselves unless the things we are doing feel good. It will be hard to incentivize ourselves and others unless we or they really want whatever it is we are working for. Mars in this sign allows us to more clearly recognize how much action costs us, and sometimes inaction can be more cost-effective in regards to our energy and peace. This clash between Mars and Taurus can lead to frustration and a sense of inertia, as we struggle to find the balance between action and patience. Ultimately, this roughly two-month-long period in Mars's cycle through the zodiac encourages deliberate action.

Cancer season begins in the third week of the month, marking the start of summer. The Sun’s ingress into Cancer is shortly followed by the full moon in Capricorn. This prompts us to consider how we are responsible for our bodies and how we maintain emotional homeostasis. As we transition out of Gemini season and more of the inner planets move into Cancer, they will correct their previous squares to Saturn and Neptune by forming trines to them. Mercury is the first planet to make this trine at the end of the month. Both signs are concerned with maintaining relationships and harboring information. Gemini’s information is free, while Cancer’s knowledge is ancient and kept close to the chest if needed. Both signs facilitate relationships and ensure others are comfortable.

Gemini, as an air sign, is naturally social. As the first of the three air signs in zodiacal order, its energy represents the formation of new relationships and the initial understanding of others. In contrast, Cancer, the first water sign, brings a nurturing and protective quality to relationships. It values emotional connections and the preservation of shared histories. As the inner planets transition from Gemini to Cancer, our focus shifts from the lively exchange of ideas to a more introspective and emotionally attuned approach. This shift encourages us to build deeper, more meaningful connections within our communities.

Cancer tends to the needs of itself and others in ways that are so simple and mundane yet necessary that it is almost spiritual. It is ruled by the moon, which represents our body—both literally and the sensory body we use to experience the world—so Cancer is able to intuit needs before it can articulate them. It deals with ancient knowledge from our ancestors, secrets we have never heard and will never know but exist within our lineage and are proven to exist through the existence of our family tree.

At the end of this month, Saturn stations retrograde in Pisces. With this retrograde station, we are likely to lose our sense of how quickly the world is changing. We might feel the weight of it all pressing down on us as we try to fight against it in each moment. The feeling can be likened to water spiraling down the drain, a sense of true expansiveness that never ends, continually stretching outward. Managing this existential weight without the support of a community can be challenging, but we do need one another.

Saturn retrograde in Pisces highlights the burden of being self-sacrificial. It prompts us to question the cost of being a martyr. How sustainable is it to lose ourselves for the sake of others who do not sustain us in return? This period calls for introspection and reevaluation of our boundaries and commitments. It's a time to consider how we can maintain our sense of self while still being there for those we care about, ensuring that our sacrifices do not lead to our own detriment. By seeking balance and mutual support, we can navigate this retrograde with resilience and shared strength.

I suggest reading the horoscope for your rising sign. Hellenistic tradition also recommends that those born in the day read their Sun sign’s horoscope, while those born at night read their Moon sign’s horoscope.

Gemini, you are recognizing that you are in debt to yourself; the time you spend now affects you in the future. You are learning to manage yourself better this month to prepare for where you are going.
This month, you might begin to realize how many people know you. The internet can make it easy to forget that people who do not know us personally can make judgments and assessments of us without us ever knowing. With this awareness, the weight of being known by so many people is becoming increasingly apparent, and you are likely finding yourself wanting to understand how you are perceived through the lenses of others’ conceptions of you. Be mindful of the energy you invest in maintaining external perceptions.
This period calls for you to reinvent yourself in how you manage your identity and curated perception. You may be having trouble orienting yourself in your identity, but remember, you can use the tools of structure and self-awareness to help you as you constantly evolve. This process can be difficult since it will force you to understand how others may imagine who you are when you simultaneously know yourself so well and not really at all. Your quest for self-understanding is likely to feel endless because life does not stop. Remember that you have the power to shape your own narrative and that authenticity is more sustainable than constantly trying to meet or entirely reject others' expectations.

Cancer, this month you might find yourself seeking to contextualize your lived experiences amidst the vastness of the external world. As you navigate these feelings, you may find yourself grappling with the tension between finding structure and security within yourself and acknowledging the unpredictable nature of the world beyond your control.
At times, you may feel a pull toward seeking security and stability within your own being, finding comfort in the familiar rhythms of your interiority. Simultaneously, you are drawn to exploring the boundless expanse of the external world, recognizing the ways in which your inner reality is both shaped by and in conflict with the greater forces at play. Due to this internal struggle, it can be hard for you to connect with your innate sense of knowing at this time, but trust that you can sense in the moment when you are aligning with yourself.
In trying to make sense of this, you may find yourself questioning the need for context, pondering whether or not the truth lies in experiencing life for what it is, unfiltered by the constraints of language and interpretation. You might find it more freeing to act on impulses than to try to perfectly articulate what it is you are undergoing this month.

Leo, you are learning to be more careful with what you can promise and to whom you make these promises. You understand that the cost of owing part of yourself to others isn't guaranteed to pay off, so you're being more discerning with the time and energy you reserve for others. Your natural generosity is admirable, but remember, you can't take care of others if you need help yourself.
It is especially important for you to reflect on the limitations of invitations and the boundaries you need to set. You feel connected to the moment through your love for others, but there is a lingering fear of succumbing to irrelevancy. This month, you should assess how much energy you spend trying to keep up with others and take time for yourself when you need it.
Your aspirations and desires are subject to change, and this month, it's crucial to evaluate what you are willing to sacrifice now for what you want later. Are the commitments you're making today aligned with your future goals? Sometimes even trying to answer this question can be paralyzing since you’re recognizing how much you are going to change over the course of your life.

Virgo, how much of yourself do you reserve for those who know you best? The perception others have of you is fluid and can change as suddenly as your perception of them. This month, it’s important to ground yourself by spending time with those who truly understand you. They can reflect your own complexity back to you, helping you navigate any struggles you may have with how you are being understood at this time.

How do you seek out yourself in others? Your relationships are a mirror and can help you to see yourself. Your essence is not fixed, and it is constantly being altered by those around you.
Change is natural, but it can be difficult to let go and accept the process once you become aware of the fact you are a completely different person than you were even a year ago.

Libra, you find yourself caught between a desire to understand and explore the world and a need for consistency. This month, reflect on how your ideologies affect your material reality: are your beliefs shaping your life in ways that support or hinder you?
Remember, you can't force what won't work to work. Sometimes, things cannot be fixed, and there’s no one to blame. Acknowledge how you may have contributed to your own heartache, but don’t let that justify others treating you poorly. You have the power to decide how you will interpret whatever transpires in your life, and you can change your perspective as many times as you please. Instead of trying to control the narrative to contextualize your experiences in vain, embrace them for what they are.

Scorpio, you may believe that change and uncertainty are at odds with your creative process as you have difficulties finding inspiration while dealing with scarcity. This month, you are struggling with feelings of inadequacy despite knowing what you want. Consider how making art can help pass the time and help you make sense of what you are currently navigating in your life.
The act of creation helps combat fears regarding limitation. The process of making art allows you to experience the process of becoming by channeling the energy of your stress into something you can directly control. It allows you to become more in tune with yourself as you undergo change. Art can be a therapeutic outlet, providing a sense of satisfaction amidst the chaos of your life.

Sagittarius, everyone contains their own pool of potential. Even when you can't relate to someone, it's important to honor the fact that they have as much lived experience as anyone else. This recognition of the complexity inherent in every life can be difficult since life moves so quickly and you are bound to the tides of life yourself, but it can help you deepen your connections with others.
You are naturally one to appreciate the richness and diversity of the human experience, but this month you should shift your focus to really humanizing and getting to know others as deeply as you can.
Sometimes it can feel as if we are regressing when we revisit what we have once known. It is important to shed beliefs once they stop being viable or useful to us, but it is also important to not forget all of the things we have had to believe to survive in our past circumstances. Others are capable of growing and changing in all the same ways you have.

Capricorn, you are self-contained within your processes. Your body has needs, your personhood has needs, and everyone else around you has the same needs. This revelation can feel stifling, especially when you have to reconcile that your time and energy are finite. Discovering a new temporality under which to operate can be disorienting.
Despite being limited and bound to your physical body, you can transcend it through knowing others. You might find it easier to find yourself when you are in service to others in your community this month. You are limited to your being, which can feel particularly stifling this month. It is especially important for you to trust that your body will take you to where you need to be.
Grounding yourself within your body can be difficult if you fight against its autonomous nature, but it is important to sit with yourself and train yourself to be still. You might also find that serving others can provide you with a sense of purpose and connection that transcends personal limitations.

Aquarius, how do you sustain what you create? What materials do you use? What inspires you?
It might be hard to overcome art block for the first half of the month, but understanding that the foundation of inspiration exists entirely outside of you, allowing you to freely define it, can be a helpful process at this time.
You might find it encouraging to your process to consider what it means to create art in a world full of symbology and images that exist so freely online. It is important to evaluate what your points of reference are if you are feeling uninspired this month. This can help you understand how your art changes how you see yourself and what it signifies in the vast, nebulous landscape of the internet.

Pisces, this month you should dedicate your energy to becoming what you have always known that you are. The source of your being has existed long before you, but you can trust your discernment for how you should spend your time. Wherever you focus your energy has the potential to open you up to new opportunities.
It can be easier to shed embarrassment for what you like in order to be more true to yourself. Embracing your genuine interests and passions without shame allows you to connect more deeply with what you are at your essence.
As you align more closely with your soul’s interests, you'll find that the universe responds in kind. This month you need to trust the process of becoming, even when it feels unfamiliar. Sometimes you have to make things that others have not seen to feel content with yourself. It can be hard to maintain the discipline required for this, but being true to birthing yourself in each new moment is the ultimate honor you can give yourself.

Aries, just because something was true for a moment in time doesn't mean it was never true at all. It is okay to change your mind and to understand the world differently in each new moment. You are also allowed to grieve all of the ideas you have had to uphold in your past despite knowing the world is different today.
You might find it difficult to express your needs at this time. Trust that your body can tell you what you need. Reflect on how you communicate your needs and the impact of what you own on your mental space. How do you occupy the space you take up, and how are you shaped by what is around you?
By creating a supportive and nurturing space for yourself, both physically and mentally, you can find it easier to listen to the needs of your body. As you become more attuned to your physical and mental well-being, you'll find that your ability to communicate your needs improves, but it can be difficult to put yourself in a more comfortable situation if you are finding it hard to communicate your needs.

Taurus, it is healthy to change your expectations for yourself. What we need to sustain our minds and bodies changes over time and it is important to change your relationship to yourself after undergoing significant changes.
June is a good month to romance yourself and to focus on your relationships with your friends. Your friends can help you process your fluctuating identity. Who you surround yourself with allows you to assess what energy you are channeling and expressing currently.
If you feel out of touch with yourself, you should reconsider with whom you surround yourself. It's okay to outgrow certain relationships or environments. We do not need all the same things we once did and not all of our relationships are meant to last as long as we might expect them to.
